Return Window
We accept returns within X days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first — unapproved returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within X business days.
Original shipping fees (if any) are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrives damaged/defective or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. AlaraFine is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within X days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What items are final sale?
Certain items may be final sale for hygiene reasons or promotional pricing. If an item is final sale, it will be stated on the product page.
When will I receive my refund?
After inspection and approval, refunds are issued within X business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
