Can I change or cancel my order?

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Over time, plated jewelry can show natural wear depending on use and exposure. To extend longevity, avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and store pieces properly when not in use.

Is AlaraFine jewelry hypoallergenic?

Sensitivities vary by person. If you have known allergies, please contact us before ordering and we’ll share material details for the specific item.

How should I care for gold-plated jewelry?

Keep jewelry away from water, sweat, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. Store separately to avoid scratches.

Can I shower or swim with it?

We don’t recommend it. Water, chlorine, and salt can speed up wear and dull the finish.
